Please thoroughly read and sign the form below so you are aware of the services we offer. After submitting the form, you will be redirected to a calendar to schedule an initial phone appointment at no cost to you. One of our trained CAREgivers will call you at that time.

You will be able to speak with someone who can listen to what’s on your heart and help you determine the next steps. We look forward to exploring what hope and healing might look like within your home.

What to expect...

If you seek contact with an HCF CAREgiver, you will fill out the form, and then be directed to setting up an appointment with a Level 1 CAREgiver. After some evaluation, we will determine if further care is needed if so, and you will be connected with a Level 2 CAREgiver. At that point, if needed, we will make a referral to a mental health professional (considered a Level 3 CAREgiver).

What to know...

Our level 1 CAREgivers are not therapists or mental health practitioners, though some of them may have training in that area. As such they are not offering psychotherapy or counseling in a professional sense. While they may offer insights and resources and take down information to pass along to a counselor in the future, this relationship should not be construed as a therapeutic one.

On the other hand, all the information you give us is confidential and will be kept in accordance with HIPAA and 42 C.F.R. regulations.

Both organizations work closely together to support, guide, and encourage homeschooling students and families around the world.
